What It Means
The final offer is the lender's formal, binding-in-terms mortgage offer issued after full assessment — including the property valuation — stating the approved amount, rate structure, tenure and conditions.
Why It Matters
Only at final offer stage are the lender's terms confirmed. The property can then proceed to transfer and mortgage registration. Terms remain subject to the offer's own conditions being met.
Simple Example
After valuation and full documentation, the lender issues a final offer for AED 1,500,000 over 25 years, and the transaction moves to transfer.
