Our website includes an AI assistant, YOUR AI Funds Officer, which answers general questions about UAE property finance and provides indicative estimates. It is an automated assistant and does not provide financial advice.

We do not store your conversations with the assistant in our application database, and your conversation is not visible to our team or to other visitors. While you are on the site, the conversation is held in your browser's memory for the current browsing session so that it is not lost as you move between pages. That browser copy is cleared when you close the browser tab or start a new conversation. This does not affect any processing carried out by the AI service described below.

To generate each reply, the text of your message and the conversation so far are transmitted to our AI service for processing, together with the page you are viewing and your selected site language. Messages sent to the AI service are processed outside your browser and outside our application database. Any figures shown are produced by our own calculation tools, not by the AI.

Where you use the assistant, the information we may collect includes:

• The questions and information you type into the chat
• The page you are viewing and your selected site language
• An anonymous session identifier for the current browsing session
• A usage counter derived from a hashed form of your IP address, used to prevent automated misuse. The IP address itself is not stored in that counter, and it contains no message content

The assistant will never ask you for identification or financial documents. Please do not enter passport, Emirates ID, bank account or similar details into the chat.

If you ask for a Funds Officer to contact you, only the summary you review and approve is sent to us: your name, contact number, preferred language, residency and employment status, what you need, an approximate amount and any notes you choose to add. It is handled as an enquiry in the same way as our other enquiry forms, and your conversation is not included.
